Eligibility: Entrants must reside in the Evansville DMA (as defined by Nielsen Media Research) and maintain a mailing address in Indiana, Kentucky or Illinois, and be at least 18 years of age on the day the contest begins. Employees of WEVV, Heritage Federal Credit Union (hereafter contest sponsors); their advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to participate.

To enter: Viewers should have either auditioned an act on December 12th or should register to vote at WEVV.com.

No purchase necessary to enter or to win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by these Rules and Conditions.

Contest begins December 18th, 2009 and ends no earlier than January 6th, 2010.

Selection: Video participants were determined by who auditioned an act on December 12th at WEVV’s Studio. Viewers are eligible to vote for their favorites to determine which act will win the grand prize. All participating voters will be entered into a random drawing to win a CBS44 Prize Pack. Five random drawing prize winners will be selected.

Limit of 5 votes per day entry per person/email address/household. Any attempt to submit more than the maximum number of entries using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods will void that participant's entries for the sweepstakes. Entries generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. No other forms of entry are valid other than that set forth above. All entry information becomes the property of the WEVV. WEVV reserves the right to verify all entries.

Winner/winners must sign affidavits of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance and Release form(s) within seven (7) days after notification before any prize will be awarded. Photo ID and Social Security number verification may be required. All applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes are non-transferable.

Prizes not claimed within 14 days after being awarded shall be considered forfeited and will become property of Station. Such prizes may be re-awarded or disposed of at the discretion of Station Management.

For a list of winners, send a request and a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the WEVV, Stupid Human Tricks, 44 Main Street, Evansville, IN 47708. Request for winners list must be received within 60 days after contest close. Allow three weeks for delivery of list.

Prizes: Grand Prize: HDTV from CBS44, model TBD.

Random Drawing Prize: CBS44 Prize Pack consisting of station merchandise TBD by station Management.

Publicity: Prize winner(s), by accepting prize, agrees to allow contest sponsors to use Prize winner’s name, photograph, voice and/or likenesses therein in contest or contest proof-of-performance publicity.

Limitations of Liability: Neither WEVV or sponsor, its agencies, nor any contest entities are responsible for lost, illegible, late, misdirected, incomplete, mutilated, or non–delivered entries or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Web site, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, garbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software or telephone malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Neither WEVV, sponsor, its agencies, nor contest entities are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest; and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of the Web site. WEVV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with entry process or operation of contest or Website, to be acting in violation of the terms of the Website or to be acting in a non–sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person. WEVV, sponsor, and contest entities are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this contest or downloading or copying materials from or use of Website. If, for any reason, contest, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which, in sole opinion of the WEVV, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, WEVV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend contest, and determine winner from eligible entries received prior to action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by WEVV. In case of dispute, authorized subscriber of e–mail account used to enter at actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be natural person who is assigned an e–mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on–line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e–mail addresses.
